My slower paced classes help you...

Move your body and release tight muscles so you can have the flexibility and strength to keep doing the things you love.

Play with movement, balance, and coordination so you can prevent falls and stop taking yourself so seriously.

 

Take time to relax and not worry about your to-do list, any notifications, or taking care of anyone but yourself during class.

I'm on a reduced schedule. Here's what you can expect.

Private classes for individuals and groups.

If you want to do a private group class on the water or on land, contact me to get something on my schedule.

  • Thursdays at 5:45 pm

  • 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 10:30 am
