Build Strength in Warrior II

Writer's picture: Jessica LuceyJessica Lucey

Warrior II pose, as well as other standing poses, is a great way to build strength and a feeling of confidence.

While in a static, standing position, the arms and legs are active. The engagement and lift through the torso helps to lengthen the back and tone the abdomen.

In the video below will

  • I guide you into the static standing position of Warrior II

  • Add in extra movement linked with the breath to increase aerobic activity, build heat, and calm the mind.
