Release Tight Glutes with Myofascial Release

Writer: Jessica LuceyJessica Lucey

Do a lot of biking, running, or hiking up steps or rocks?

You might have sore glutes. That's because the glute max is used to give you that push forward when you straighten your legs.

This video shares easy techniques you can do at home to help massage and release those tight spots in your bum so you can keep climbing up those hills smoothly.

PROPS

  • 1 ball (myofascial release, tennis, hockey, lacrosse, etc. depending on your preference)

  • 1 strap (alternative: long belt, scarf, rope, etc.)
