Relax tight Calves with myofascial release

If you do a lot of hiking uphill, chances are you've got some sore calves. This video shares a simple myofascial release techniques that gets into the muscles of your calves and helps release some of that muscle tension that makes you so sore.

- 1 block (alternative: storage box/tub or wrapped, hard cover book)
