This short yoga flow is designed to strengthen and stretch your quads.
Some qualities we'll cultivate for the quads in this video are:
Strength. Strong quads help you hike uphill, especially over rocks or steps.
Control and awareness. Slow movement helps build muscle control and body awareness. Notice where you meet your edge before you lose integrity in your shape and breath.
Flexibility and relaxation. Allowing your quads to stretch and release helps relax your body.
