Do have tight shoulders?
A lot of times, the tops of our shoulders get sore from things like sitting slumped at a desk, carrying a heavy pack, or being stressed.
This short, 10 minute yoga practice is designed to strengthen and stretch the shoulder and back areas used to improve posture in order to relieve tension in the tops of your shoulders.
The attention brought towards linking breath with movement helps relax the nervous system once you get in a flow. There's even a short rest at the end.
