Quick Yoga Flow to Strengthen & Stretch Sore Backs

Writer's picture: Jessica LuceyJessica Lucey

So many people have tight backs and go directly to stretching. But did you know that our backs can be tight because the muscles are week and over worked?

That's why this yoga practice incorporates both stretching and strengthening.

  1. Strengthen your back muscles so they can support you and keep you upright during the day.

  2. Stretch your back muscles so they can feel relief. Plus, it just feels good.
