Quick Yoga Flow to Relax Sore Necks

Have a tight neck?


This short yoga practice goes out to all of you who have tight necks and upper shoulders from:

  • carrying a lot of stress

  • carrying a heavy pack

  • sitting at your desk a lot


In less than 15 minutes, you'll:

  • move your body

  • stretch your neck and shoulders

  • take the time to notice the changes that happened

Our all levels yoga classes are designed to help address your current aches and pains so you can feel good in your body and let your mind focus on the people and activities you love.


Outside of the summer season, classes are set up in Yoga Class Semesters. The Active Recovery class combines vinyasa yoga with myofascial release to help rejuvenate your body so you can move with joy and confidence.
